EXCHANGES POLICY

You can exchange the item (full price or discounted) for another size within a 14 days period, counting from the date of reception. The wish to exchange must be expressed by sending an e-mail to the following address: lemon@lemoshop.it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unwashed, with all the tags and labels still attached and with the original receipt. The return must be exclusively processed by courier (Bartolini).

The products must be sent back to Lemonshop – Via Baracca 33, 48022 Lugo, RA,  Italy – into a single package. We reserve the right to refuse items from the same order that are returned at two different times.

The free return option is effective for the same item in a different size.  We are not able to exchange the item with a different one for free.

The new item will be shipped as soon as we receive your return.

Please note that we can accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.

If the shipment was sent to Italy, for instance, we can only accept a return from Italy.

RETURNS POLICY

Consumers who, for whatever reason, are not satisfied with their purchase could cancel the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 working days from the conclusion of the contract.

The withdrawal must be expressed by sending an e-mail to the following address: lemon@lemoshop.it. Within the stipulated period of 14 days, all purchased goods – intact, in their original packaging and without any lack – must be returned to the sender without forgetting the original receipt at the following references: Lemonshop – Via Baracca 33, 48022 Lugo, RA – Italy.

Return costs will be borne by the Customer. Until goods delivering to Seller, the company disclaims any responsibility in case of theft, damage or loss of the package during the shipment. After the withdrawal request and the goods delivering, the total amount paid, with the exception of shipping costs and, in case of foreign delivery other additional costs provided by the destination State, will be refunded within a maximum of five working days.
