Armor-Lux is a French brand founded in Quimper, Brittany, in 1938 at the initiative of Swiss engineer Walter Hubacher. Originally called “Bonneterie d’Armor”, it built its expertise in knitwear and continues to produce in Brittany; since 2010 it has been recognized as an “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (EPV).
The style combines maritime roots and functional rigor: the striped marinière is an icon, a symbol of an essential, durable, and timeless wardrobe, made with selected materials and careful craftsmanship.
